Having managed the operations of companies both in the tech and industrial sectors, Paul brings a passion for innovative solutions benefiting customers and users alike.

His drive to scale up purpose-driven businesses led him to join Furthr from an early stage.

Darragh has a background in corporate carbon footprinting and assurance as well as delivering decarbonisation strategies across a range of sectors.

Having previously worked at The Carbon Trust, he brings first-hand knowledge of the steps organisations need to take to reach net zero.

Jenni has a background in both Engineering & Sustainable Construction, with a particular focus on delivering emissions reduction pathways for large-scale public services and infrastructure projects.

She's also passionate about individual action and how it can change the course of the climate crisis.

Laura brings a thorough blend of GHG accounting, transition delivery and product development expertise, with a focus on turning carbon data and modelling into real-world decarbonisation. Laura has worked closely with organisations of all sizes on transition planning - aligned with frameworks such as the CSRD, SBTi, TPT and IFRS.

Tania is a versatile manager with experience across international development, banking, consulting, travel, and employee wellbeing.

Adventurous in spirit, she has worked and travelled extensively around the world and is now based between London and Mauritius.

Ashleigh has a background in Astrophysics from University College London, and since has worked in Telecomms, Social Policy and at the University of Wellington, where she applied machine learning to astrophysics research, developing new methodologies and upskilling research teams in data science.

Mayeul brings a breadth of experience to our team, combining Environmental Data Science with hands-on delivery across carbon analytics, AI tooling, and machine learning. His background spans academic research, geospatial modelling, and cross-functional industry projects in the voluntary carbon market.

Mark joins us from a background in carbon footprint analysis and Net Zero strategy consulting, with a particular focus on calculating and producing emission reduction plans for major sporting events and corporate sustainability programs.
